Reel Spool

Reel spool is one of the necessary rolls in reel machine and rewind machine located in the post completion equipment of paper making. Its own weight and the friction force from cold cylinder running take the paper out of reel machine to uniform spool, which better made the papers.

Due to the high demanding of rewinding speed, normally 2~3 times than that of paper machine, the reel spool has the higher standard for its design, material, machining and machining technology; the design for head to shell and journal use the interference fit and forbidden welding; it must be internal bored inside of the shell to retain the evenness of the wall thickness; materials for journal, bearing house and clutch are forged steel.

（2）head plate is made by the low carbon steel plate, journal forged alloy steel, quenching and tempering.

（3）bearing house , self clutch are made by the forged alloy steel, quenching and tempering;

（4）bearing use the famous international brands like SKF, FAG and others.

（5）Roll coating: rubber and PU.
