Suction Press Roll

Suction press roll has the similar structure to the suction couch roll, but several different points: more narrow vacuum chamber, tiny holeφ4.5mm,  lower opening ratio 15%~25%, for suction press roll. The roll body must be rubber coated, rubber thickness 20. Shell is stainless steel rolled. To suction press will dehydrate the water from wet paper much more and reduce the squashing, much evener dewatering on the horizontal direction, felt can keep its steady.

Elements: roll body, vacuum box(single or double chamber), bearing house on  DS and TS, shower pipe, air tube, regulating valve, pneumatic tyre, seal strip,etc

(1)Shell: stainless steel rolled, OD, face length, thickness, opening ratio, hole OD and son on are up to the customer requirements.

(2)Journal: cast iron or nodular cast iron

(3)bearing house: cast iron or nodular cast iron

(4)vacuum box material: stainless steel

(5)Bearing use the famous international brands like SKF, FAG, etc

(6)coating: rubber.
