Suction Pick-up Roll

Suction pick-up roll usually have double vacuum chambers, its first chamber use for take the wet paper web from the net, the second vacuum chamber use for picking the wet paper closely with  the felt to avoid being throwing out because of the centrifugal force. High demanding for synchronicity of transmission.

(1) shell: usually stainless steel

(2) shaft: cast steel or spheroidal graphite cast iron

(3) bearing house: cast steel or spheroidal graphite cast iron

(4) vacuum chamber: stainless steel

(5) Bearing:Bearing use the famous international brands like SKF, FAG, etc

Shell: stainless steel, hole 4-5mm, opening ratio: 15-20%

Merits compare the stainless steel shell with Tin bronze one:
（1）Higher rigidity and mechanical strength.  Tensile, yield strength and impact toughness for stainless steel shell higher more than one to tin bronze.
（2）Harder, better abrasive resistance and impact roughness. Running without any deformation under long-time high alternating load, bronze can never compare with.
