Dryer Wire Roll

Dryer wire roll mainly use in dry section, similar structure to that of Flet roll. Their differences are: (1) the different environmental temperatures, swimming volume considered on the operation side of the dry wire roll on the same paper machine larger than rolls in the wire section and press section. (2) The coating of the dry wire roll is different from that of the guide roll. The humidity of the front drying paper web is relatively high, and the roll surface needs anti-corrosion treatment. The hard surface is mainly plated with hard chromium; no roll covering after drying paper.
