Size Leading Paper Roll

Sizing paper leading roll is the first roll meeting when the paper dried from dryer section and ready into the applicator, mainly use for guiding, to sizing by the applicator in the suitable angle.

Elements: shell, head, journal, bearing house, bearing and roll caoting.

（1）shell is generally made by seamless steel or rolled steel plate

（2）head is made by gray cast iron or carbon steel

（3）journal is generally use alloy steel, quenching and tempering

（4）bearing house is made by gray cast iron or stainless steel

（5）bearing use the famous international brands like SKF, FAG, etc

（6）Shell Coating: hard plated chrome, stainless steel covering
