Applicator Hard Roll

The applicator is divided into two types, horizontal and inclined, pneumatic pressurized, surface sizing is usually used to prevent liquid penetration, to obtain better surface properties and improve the physical properties of the paper (such as surface strength and internal bonding), which is a practical method to improve the performance of the base paper. The emulsified rubber glue is continuously, uniformly and stably applied to the surface of the paper by an applicator, and a series of physical effects such as wetting, osmosis and press are used to form an extremely thin waterproof layer on the surface of the paper to improves the water absorption of the paper, and at the same time, the bonding strength between the fibers and the tightness of the paper are improved under the action of the rubber glue, thereby improving the technical indexes such as the ring pressure index in lateral and the length of the paper in longitudinal.

The applicator hard roll is the upper roll in the inclined applicator, and fixed itself.
