Stone Roll

Stone Roll is normally flat press roll. It use to press for the paper machine, which is made by the material easily taking away from the paper, mostly granite, for the material itself bringing the tiny holes in its structure and air, which is good at taking the paper away, but it costs too much and easily crack. When running too fast and too much loading, the journal will over heat, then casing the breaking and circal crack and the worst to be took off from the shell. With the speed higher and higher, the disadvantage of the stone roll become clearer, at present we mostly use the mixture of the rubber and granite sand to replace the natural granite to be the upper press stone roll.
