Suction Roll

Once speed over 150m/min, face length over 3m, normally couch roll will dehydrate unevenly and squash hard.Insufficient dryness will make the paper strip difficult to peel off, and a large number of broken ends will occur. Therefore, the vacuum roll is born, and the speed and copy width are greatly improved.

Elements: roll body, vacuum box(single or double chamber), bearing house on  DS and TS, shower pipe, air tube, regulating valve, pneumatic tyre, seal strip,etc

Shell material: stainless steel, holes drilled to be flaring-shape, which is better for hole-opening ratio, further to enlarge drawing-in area, and to let the air more in through the holes to reduce the print that the holes made on the paper.

Merits compare the stainless steel shell with Tin bronze one：
