Breast Roll

Breast roll is located in fourdrinier part beside Head box as transferring, driven by net under the enough inflexibility. It must work with doctors among the roll and net to separate the roll and pulp stick away.

Elements: Shell, Head, Journal, Bearing house, Bearing, Shell Coating.

(1)Shell material usually uses stainless steel plate or common carbon steel plate to be rolled.

(2)Head material:  gray casting iron or carbon steel part.

(3)Journal material: alloy steel and heat treated by quenching and tempering.

(4)Bearing house material: gray casting iron or stainless steel.

(5)Bearing use the famous international brands like SKF, FAG, etc.

(6)Shell Coating: rubber、pu(hardness P&J0~2), or stainless steel, or chromed plated, etc.
